Blueberry Matcha Latté


  • Matcha powder (amount as per instructions on your matcha packaging)
  • Hot water
  • Blueberry jam: 1-2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
  • Milk of your choice: approx. 1 cup (adjust based on cup size)
  • Lavender syrup or simple syrup (optional): to taste


  1. In a bowl, whisk together the matcha powder and hot water according to the instructions on your matcha package until smooth and frothy.
  2. In a serving cup, add 1-2 tablespoons of blueberry jam to the bottom.
  3. Pour in your chosen milk, leaving enough space at the top for the matcha.
  4. Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the milk to layer or mix it in to combine.
  5. If desired, sweeten your latte with a splash of lavender syrup or simple syrup to taste.
  6. Stir gently before sipping, and enjoy!
