Ingredients
- Matcha powder (amount as per instructions on your matcha packaging)
- Hot water
- Blueberry jam: 1-2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
- Milk of your choice: approx. 1 cup (adjust based on cup size)
- Lavender syrup or simple syrup (optional): to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the matcha powder and hot water according to the instructions on your matcha package until smooth and frothy.
- In a serving cup, add 1-2 tablespoons of blueberry jam to the bottom.
- Pour in your chosen milk, leaving enough space at the top for the matcha.
- Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the milk to layer or mix it in to combine.
- If desired, sweeten your latte with a splash of lavender syrup or simple syrup to taste.
- Stir gently before sipping, and enjoy!
