Ingredients
- Milk (dairy or non-dairy): 2 cups
- Pumpkin puree: 2 tablespoons (or more to taste)
- Sugar: 1 to 3 tablespoons (adjust according to sweetness preference)
- Vanilla extract: 1 tablespoon
- Pumpkin pie spice: 1/2 teaspoon, plus more for serving
- Strong hot coffee: 1/2 cup
- Whipped cream: for serving
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar. Heat the mixture until it's hot, but make sure not to bring it to a boil.
- Once heated, remove the saucepan from the heat source. Whisk in the vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and the hot coffee until everything is smoothly combined.
- Evenly divide the drink between two of our cozy to-go cups.
- Top each serving with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice for that extra autumn touch.
