Pink Matcha Latté


  • Blume Beet powder: as per the recommended amount or to taste
  • Hot water: for liquifying the beet powder and preparing matcha
  • Heavy cream: for whipping
  • Sugar: to sweeten the whipped cream, to taste
  • Matcha powder: amount as per instructions on your matcha packaging
  • Milk of your choice: approx. 1 cup (adjust based on cup size)
  • Ice cubes: as needed


  1. In a small bowl, combine the Blume Beet powder with a bit of hot water to create a smooth, liquified beet mixture.
  2. Whip the heavy cream with sugar in a separate bowl until it achieves a soft and creamy consistency.
  3. Gently mix the Blume beet mixture into the whipped cream until well-integrated.
  4. Prepare the matcha by whisking it with hot water according to the instructions of your chosen matcha brand.
  5. Grab one of our stylish to-go cups and fill it with a generous amount of ice.
  6. Pour the prepared matcha over the ice and add your preferred milk, mixing gently.
  7. Finish off by layering the Blume beet-infused whipped cream on top.
